1989 ford bronco aod trans overdrive?

i have a 89 ford bronco with a 302 and a aod4 trans and it wont stay in overdrive, it will go into overdrive but as soon as i give it fuel it drops back into 3rd gear and runs at 3000 rpm what do i do
