Where can I get some black boots?

Ok, so for my Maka cosplay (you might not know what 'cosplay' is but you dont really need to know) I need some black boots. I'm not really sure where to get some that: dont have any laces, buckles, etc (but it can have a zipper). Or they can be ugg boots, they dont have to be black though, I can always spray paint them. But I dont think my mom will spend over 20$ for them. Maybe if its a little over. And if its ordered on the internet it needs to be here before June 29th.
