Who is better now? Spurs or Mavericks?

Both teams made significant moves that will no doubt help them this season. I do, however, believe the Spurs are better than the Mavs. They have a mixture of young guys who will contribute with the veterans who have either been to the later part of playoffs or won a championship. Dallas is definitely better than what they were, but I don't think that Dirk and Marion will be able to work together and have good chemistry.
