Do you think he loves me?

We've been going out for a little longer than a month. He flirts a lot to other girls ... like he said hey hottie <3 to a girl and she'd reply hi hot stuff and theyd call each other awesome. And he also talked to this girl getting a bra for him and they dont even adress me as "your girlfriend" they just named me as Druggie. ****** up right? the only time he amazed me was when he got me roses for our 1 month. i love him and like i usually try really hard to like get to his cl before it ends like after 2nd and homeroom and at lunch then afterschool but it seems like he doesn't care sometimes. i dont knowwwwww
