Report: Rogers Communications in talks to purchase Leafs for over $1 billion?

That is way to much to be charging for the Maple Leafs. Dont get me wrong, I am Canadian and am damn proud to be Canadian. But for a Canadian team, they arent the best. The best thing about the Maple Leafs would be Dion Phaneuf, who I have much respect for him. I will say, I would never refuse a professional ice hockey team if one was given to me, but I would have to really consider buying the Leafs due to poor performance in the past couple seasons, horrible coaching and they could have much better line ups within the roster.
