A bag of fresh sweet potatoes were left in my car - froze and are now thawed. What can I do with them? Can I still bake them? I know regular potatoes are not suitable for much in this instance, but I'm not sure with sweet potatoes. I HATE to see a 5 lb. bag go to waste.
