I had unprotected with my boyfriend am I most likely pregnant?

It was two days after the last day of my period. I just switched birth control and haven't been taking it and we had unprotected 3 nights in a row no pulling out or anything. We both have kids so were obviously extremely fertile. Yhe night I conceived my daughter 4 years ago I just knew automatically I was pregnant and I felt the same thing this particular time. Opinions?
