I've got a Winchester 1300 Speed-Pump 12 Gauge question?

I have the rifled deer slug barrel on there right now, but I didn't get the TRU-GLO on this one, I only have it on my Winchoke barrel. Can I shoot a slug out of the Winchoke barrell? Thank you.
