My husband is jealous of my daughter.......help?

my husband and I have been together for 13 years. I have a 16 year old daughter, who has a 4 month old baby. She has not been the ideal teenager ( she has been a runaway for 6 months out of last year and came home when she was 4 months pregnant) The babies father is a loser and treats my daughter like sh**, so I have had the courts keep him away!! which is really better for my daughter and granddaughter. So, I'm supporting my granddaughter while my daughter finishes school. I'm the only one working, supporting a family of 6, because my husband is going to school working on his degree. I'm okay with all of that. The problem is that my husband gives my daughter such a hard time about everything and always has. He nit-picks everything she does! I understand that to a point due to her not making the best decisions in her young life, but now it is to the point that I'm getting real tired of being put in the middle of their arguments and being made to choose sides. What can I do to help this
