How come even a promiscuous girl won't sleep with me?

I know I'm only 16, and I'm shy and quite boring, and that could be the answer, but round my area girls lose it at 14 and have like 4 or 5 partners before their 16th birthday, girls have a new bf every week and sleep with them asap, girls sleep with guys to get into clubs and just cos they fancy them, so how come im a virgin??? Like one of the only virgins in college. I hate this, why wont the sleep with me, am I not good enough?
