Best modern metal bands?

im looking for good modern style heavy stuff, sort of in the vain of nu metal style (but not limited to), such as Static-X, Spineshank, Drowning Pool, Slipknot, Mushroomhead, Ill Nino, Soil, Dope, Mudvayne (older stuff), Motograter, Disturbed (The Sickness), Korn, Sepultura, etc...what are some good similar style bands that you would recommend to someone that likes the bands mentioned?
