Does it annoy you when you see someone using a mobile phone while driving especially when...?

Yes it annoys me, especially when not only are they talking on the phone but..Folding laundry (YES, I have seen it), and no, I don't talk on the phone and drive b/c it is enough ppl out there doing that and it is dangerous.
