What is the second most spoken language in the USA and what one the most spoken in the Western Hemisphere ?

Spanish, of course! It is even a legal language in the West and Southwest, since when the US took over that land from Mexico they signed a treaty with the Spanish-speaking people who already lived there that they would be allowed to keep their language and customs.
